taller_cocinaLet’s start at the beginning and we will go shopping at the popular market of Triana. Once there, we will learn how to choose vegetables, fish, meat and other ingredients for preparing food according to traditional recipes.

Then, in our kitchen, located in the same market, and always cook as directed, we will elaborate dishes like paella, gazpacho or “Carrillada”.

Once cooked, we will be our own judges. When the job in the kitchen is done, we will eat our dishes, ending up with a glass of cava. Before leaving, the cooker will give us some tips to improve our “art” in the kitchen, if there is anything to improve…

barricasEnjoy a wines and olive oil tasting with your friends and clients. This will take place in exclusive at the Bodega Catador, which is located in the heart of the old jewish quarter. In this charming place you will taste and distinguish the different types of wines ; fino, solera and oloroso. A good oportunity to taste and learn everything about the types of olive oil. In Andalucía we call it, the liquid gold.

gastro Experience the pleasure of strolling through the historic center of Seville visiting the most authentic local shops. We will walk away from the turistic circuit and get lost by the narrow streets and squares where you will smell the atmosphere of the 40s and 50s. Our guides will be pleased to show you the art of traditional embroidery of shawls and flamenco costumes. We will come into a cloistered convent and have the opportunity to acquire the delicious sweets made by the nuns living in the convent, a tradition that dates back to the fifteenth century. Our next stop is to delight our palate with exquisite wines in a winery founded in 1870. We will take you to a grocery to show you our traditional products, we will learn to distinguish diverse types of cheese, vegetables, oils …. And to round off our tour, we will end in the market located on the most innovative building Sevilla, Metropol Parasol, which has received numerous architectural awards. Once there, we will taste an exquisite selection of Iberian products in an unique setting as the most central city market.
